Welcome to StudywithPenina

Penina has a Masters Degree in Jewish Studies from Hebrew college and has been leading adult Hebrew bible study classes and workshops for over a dozen years.  She brings to bear a strong knowledge of the Hebrew text and a sure command of literary, feminist, queer, modern, and historical commentary.  Not to mention a deft hand at encouraging participation. Students bring their knowledge of life and their keen interest in interacting with others over text.  Hebrew is not needed, but you will learn about the many Hebrew nuances.
